Provide timely communication for the project with the IADP Leader and the CSJU Executive Team.
Perform risk evaluation analysis and regularly update the contingency plans.
Ensure that the agreed project objectives and deliverables are achieved, and ensure quality of work.
Control of the actual expenditures/resources against the planned ones and undertake timely actions, if and when a
departure trend is suspected.

In depth, analysis of both the current Functional Test Procedure and Requirement Specification, as provided by the
IADP Leader.
Trade-off analysis (compliance/cost/suitability) on the Emulator definition, Automated procedures, Fault and corrective
actions.
Develop a system paradigm and the relevant architectural design, coping with the requirements and specifications.

Define and assess the cost-effective architecture of the electro-avionic equipment emulators.
Manufacturing, testing and integration of the electro-avionic equipment emulators in the functional test procedure.
Deliver the electro-avionic equipment emulators, along with the electrical schemes and user’s manual.

Demonstrate the real advantage, with respect to the standard and current processes.

Phase 2 – Development of Multipurpose FTP Test Bench

Demonstration the functional efficiency and financial viability (ROI) of the Multipurpose FTP test bench.
Delivery of the HW of the multipurpose FTP test bench.
Definition and validation of the automated procedures.
Definition of the Fault and corrective actions data base.
Delivery of the FW.

Dissemination and Exploitation

Communicate the project outcomes to the targeted audience.
To disseminate the project trough at least two relevant peer-reviewed journals

or conferences with Green or Gold Open
access.
Prepare a business plan, forecast of the ROI, in view of a commercialisation route.

Ethics requirements

The objective is to ensure compliance with the 'ethics requirements' set out in this work package.
